Business Relations in Reverse Logistics Outsourcing

Abstract
Nowadays cost reduction is a fundamental strategy used in companies during fighting for survival, keeping or increase in sales levels and profits. More and more often observed tendency to concentrate commercial and production companies leads to rise of demand for outsourcing in a reverse logistics chain. In the paper Authors present concept of outsourcing in logistics processes, advantages of outsourcing in reverse logistics and types of relations between outsourcing partners as well as areas and stages of collaboration: engagement, improvement and communication.
