Optimizacija alokacije resursa u naftnoj privredi Jugoslavije
Main Article Content
Abstract
This paper presents a model of the Yugoslav oil economy and an analysis of the results of the optimization procedure.
The model consists of three parts: transport of oil to the refineries, refining of oil, and transport of oil products to consumer centers.
With the help of mathematical programming (linear programming methods) optimization of the existing system was achieved, (production, import and transport of oil; refunding; transport of oil products) which showed the irrationality of the functioning of the system. The main aim of the optimization procedure was to find new, optimal locations for refineries.
Taking the optimization results into account, it becomes obvious that reorganization of the existing system is necessary. This is due to the fact that the expenses of the functioning of the system are a couple of times greater than its value, serving to prove the irrationality of the system.
It is a fortunate circumstance that the system is old, with possibilities of being replaced by a new one.
